Delivery Dates
Within Europe: Droomtent B.V. does its very best to ensure that your products will be delivered within 2-5 working days (with a legal range of 30 days). When there is a delay in the standard delivery time we will contact you.
Outside Europe: Droomtent B.V does its very best to ensure that your products will be delivered within 15 working days (with a legal range of 60 days). When there is a delay in the standard delivery time we will contact you.
Shipping Costs
Droomtent B.V. charges delivery costs for each order. These costs are country dependent and will be shown when the order is placed.
Delivery When Our Courier Can't Deliver a Package To You
If our courier can’t deliver a package to you it will be returned to our warehouse. As we have to deliver it again, we unfortunately have to charge you again for the delivery costs for returning and sending.
What If The Delivered Package Is Damaged
We have selected our courier carefully. But it can happen that a package is damaged. We ask you to inform the person of the courier company immediately and describe the damage on the transportation document received from the person of the courier company. We need this to claim the damage from the courier company. Send us an e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with a copy of this document, a photo of the damage and describe the (type of) the damage. Our customer service department will then consult you on how to solve the problem.

Droomtent B.V. has adopted the delivery date as the date that the package has been delivered by our courier company.
