A Dreamtent is a cozy mosquito net for children in beautiful designs. A good night's rest is guaranteed! The Dreamtent is made of pure cotton combined with ultra-fine mosquito netting so your children are protected against the smallest mosquitoes. They offer adequate ventilation, even on hot summer days.
Children experience a Dreamtent as a safe place to sleep resulting in peaceful dreams and a good night’s rest. Dreamtents are also a very good solution for children that are having difficulties sleeping. Since children will have their 'own' bed, they will also sleep better during holidays or sleepovers.
Dreamtents are available in 4 colours and 2 sizes (junior and single bed) and include a small teddy bear bag and convenient carrying case. Dreamtents are not suitable for children under 3 years. We also offer duvet cover sets in the same design as the Dreamtents.

Return and Exchange Policy
Add to the package that you are returning a note in which you clearly state the following information:
- The ordernumber.
- Your name and contact details.
- Your phone number.
- Your e-mail address.
- Your bank account details.
- Whether it is an exchange or return. In the case of an exchange, which article you would like to receive.
- The reason for the exchange / return.

Conditions for Exchanges/Returns
- You can only exchange or return items purchased in the online shop of Droomtent B.V.
- You can only return items during the trial period of 8 days after your order is delivered. Droomtent B.V. uses the delivery date of the courier as the date of receipt and the pick-up date as the date on which the courier return has taken place. After this period the purchase is irrevocable.
- The item must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original package.
- Shipping costs and risks of the return are the buyer’s responsibility. We advise you to return items by insuring and using the "track & trace" service. In this way you can easily track the status of your shipment.
- In the event of return we will transfer the amount received, being the original price paid excluding shipping costs and possible other costs necessary to return the product in the condition it can be sold again, within 14 days after receiving it in our warehouse.
Droomtent B.V. has been committed to offering the finest products, using only the best materials and applying strict quality control standards. Droomtent B.V. products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. Our warranty is an expression of our confidence in the material and workmanship of our company's products. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal usage. Nor does it apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, neglect, usage other than usage on a bed, not applying the “User Guide for setting up a Dreamtent”, accident, modification or unauthorized repair and washing differently than stated on the washing instruction.
If, upon inspection, we determine that the product is defective, we reserve the right to replace the product or issue you a credit, depending on the nature of the defect.
If you believe your product is defective, please send us an e-mail with a detailed description and photos. We will inform you about further steps to be taken within 14 days after receipt of your e-mail.

Delivery Dates
Within Europe: Droomtent B.V. does its very best to ensure that your products will be delivered within 2-5 working days (with a legal range of 30 days). When there is a delay in the standard delivery time we will contact you.
Outside Europe: Droomtent B.V does its very best to ensure that your products will be delivered within 15 working days (with a legal range of 60 days). When there is a delay in the standard delivery time we will contact you.
Shipping Costs
Droomtent B.V. charges delivery costs for each order. These costs are country dependent and will be shown when the order is placed.
Delivery When Our Courier Can't Deliver a Package To You
If our courier can’t deliver a package to you it will be returned to our warehouse. As we have to deliver it again, we unfortunately have to charge you again for the delivery costs for returning and sending.
What If The Delivered Package Is Damaged
We have selected our courier carefully. But it can happen that a package is damaged. We ask you to inform the person of the courier company immediately and describe the damage on the transportation document received from the person of the courier company. We need this to claim the damage from the courier company. Send us an e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. Our customer service department will then consult you on how to solve the problem.
